• Serving as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) subject matter expert providing e-commerce application solution definition and design.
• Providing customer training and application support.
• Facilitating and directing UAT process activities.
• Serving as owner of project requirements, including the documentation and approval of scope change requirements.
• Evaluating and recommending software solutions to support and deliver e-commerce applications.
• Providing thought leadership in e-commerce best practices, the selection and recommendation of e-commerce applications.
• Identifying and recommending process improvements for requirements gathering and documentation.
